For ICA Group, the concept of Total Quality is all about engaging with and assisting its clients to the greatest possible extent, as well as incentivizing the continuous improvement of its internal processes.

Over the years, ICA’s focus on development has contributed to reaching an extremely important milestone: the certification of compliance with the UNI EN ISO 9001 standard. This certificate was awarded in 1998 by the Certichim certifying body (now known as Certiquality) in relation to all of ICA’s business processes, from design to pre- and post-sales technical support, and now also applies to its subsidiaries throughout Italy.

The UNI EN ISO 9001:2008-compliant management system has been designed to help ICA Group reach its objectives and enhance performance, with a view to meeting the ever-changing needs of all those with a stake in its business (the owners, employees, suppliers and the wider community) and to offering its clients appropriate, reliable solutions.

ICA was the first Italian company in the wood coatings sector to attain ISO 9001 certification.
