Information on our use of your personal details.

You are hereby informed that the details you supply will be stored in our manual and/or automated archives and processed for the purpose of enabling you to utilize the service you have requested. The supplying of your details is optional; however, please note that failure to supply the details marked with an asterisk (*) will make it impossible to utilize the service.

We request that, in completing the form, you should not include sensitive information (such as any indication of: ethnic or racial origin; religious, philosophical or other beliefs; political opinions or allegiances to political parties, trades unions, religious/philosophical/political/trade union associations or organizations; state of health or sexual orientation). If you supply any information of this nature, the relevant details will be cancelled immediately.

The details you supply will be processed by the company personnel charged with the responsibility of doing so. The details will not be disclosed or communicated to third parties. The details will be stored in our archives until you request that they be deleted. Curriculums will be stored for a maximum of two years.

At any time, you can request confirmation of the status of your personal details on our database and to be informed of any details that are held. In addition, you can request the updating or correction or – when in your interest – completion of the personal details held by us. You can also request that any details processed in violation of the regulations laid down by the relevant legislation (including those that do not require to be stored in relation to the specific purposes for which they were collected and subsequently processed) be cancelled, made anonymous, or blocked. You may also legitimately bar the processing of your personal details.
