Information on our use of your personal details.
Candidates are hereby informed that the details with which they supply us will be stored in our manual and automated archives for the sole purpose of making an objective evaluation of the suitability of the candidate for the role for which they are applying. The granting of access to your details is optional.
It is requested that, in completing the form, candidates do not include sensitive information (such as any indication of ethnic or racial origin, religious, philosophical or other convictions, political opinions or allegiances to political parties, trades unions, religious associations or organizations, state of health or sexual orientation); should the candidate supply any information of this nature, it will be immediately deleted, unless it relates to the fact that the candidature comes under one of the categories protected by law.
The details supplied by the candidate will be received and processed by the personnel in the Human Resources department, the Managing Director and those responsible for the department within which the candidate is applying for a position. The details will not be passed on or communicated to third parties, and the candidate will not receive promotional information as a result of the application. They will not be used for market research or business purposes, except where expressly authorized by the interested party. The details will be stored in our archives for a maximum period of two years: they will then be deleted from our computerized database and/or removed from our paper files and destroyed.
At all times, the candidate has the right to request confirmation of the status of their personal details on our database. The candidate may request the updating or correction of – and, when necessary, addition to – the personal details held by us. All candidates have the right to cancel, make anonymous, or block the use of any details (including those that do not require to be stored in relation to the specific purposes for which they were submitted by the candidate) that are processed out with the regulations laid down by the relevant legislation. The candidate may also legitimately bar the use of their personal details.
Candidates are informed that the company responsible for the processing of their details is ICA S.p.A., having its headquarters in Via Sandro Pertini 52, 62012 Civitanova Marche (MC); the person in charge of the administration of personal data is Dr. Luciano Cesari, who is available at all times for any further information of clarifications on the subject.
