Training and Development
Since day one, ICA has recognized the importance of human resources to the continuing success of the company. ICA favors professional development by setting up customized training courses, encouraging cross-functionality and offering the possibility of international work opportunities. The training courses undertaken by each member of staff are designed to facilitate the progressive development of their skills and expertise required to achieve the desired results in the relevant area of the company

Selection
The selection process is, for the most part, managed internally by the company’s HR department. The department draws on a wide range of sources, including: the CVs in our database; other CVs sent to us speculatively; newspaper job adverts; contacts with universities and other specialist institutions; company internships. The first stage in the selection process is an interview with the HR department to assess the candidate’s aptitude. It is followed by meetings with the manager(s) responsible for the department to which the candidate is applying. The evaluation of the applicant is based on their professional experience and managerial aptitude, as well as their problem-solving capacity and ability to focus on results, on communication and on teamwork. We look to recruit highly motivated, flexible and resourceful individuals.

ICA Internships
Internships offer the opportunity to bring the diverse worlds of study and work closer together. As well as being an effective way to learn and make oneself known through a period of on-the-job training, they also offer trainees the possibility of preparing for a potential position within the organization at the end of the training period.
